Your Personal Property/Mortgage Advisor will check whether the prospective buyer is in a position to proceed.
What if I need a HOME INFORMATION PACK?
If your home has 4 bedrooms or more, you will need to comission a HIP. This can be provided at a cost of £350 plus vat and paid for when your sale is completed. Click here to view the HIPS page for details.
How long does it take for my home to appear on the internet?
Once you have registered online, you will be contacted within 48 hours by your Personal Property Advisor. He will make an appointment to value your property, take photographs and prepare a brochure. These will be downloaded within 48 hours of his visit.
How long can I advertise my home for?
There is no time limit. You can advertise until sold at no extra charge.
